Elevator Day celebrates 25 years of knowing our friend Don Benjamin (we met on an elevator). Deb Koehler (right front) and I were on a committee to find a pastor for our church. One of the candidates was Don (with Cindy in this picture) and we met for the 1st time on an elevator in NJ. After that initial meeting and a long Presbyterian process Don became our pastor. Better friends we will never have than the Benjamins!
I second that! Mr. Benjamin has married all of us and baptized our children. What a great find on that elevator 25 years ago.
