First tomatoes

Here they are!  Our first crop of tomatoes picked this morning.  Aren't they beautiful?  Now to find some tomato recipes......hmmmm.... salsa, tomato pie, BLTs, etc etc.

First place

"Chinatown Market", a photo which Jim took last fall while we were in San Francisco, won him a first place in his local camera club end of year competition.  We will have it framed and add it to his already crowded wall.  Some of these framed photos will go on display (and sale) at a local art exhibit near Lewes, DE next month.

Eva wanted pink streaks in her hair for her 11th birthday celebrated today.  David, Jim and I performed the makeovers in the backyard.  You can see that her siblings joined her in the streaky look.

We shared a day at the beach with (from left) Ella, Keelyn, Eva, Kylie, Jack and Layne.  While waiting to eat at Cottage Cafe Kylie found a giant chair for a photo op.

4th of July was celebrated early on the Cove when we combined Eva's birthday, Father's Day, LisBob's and Jenni and Larry's aniversary.

Photo shoot

The girls and Jim had fun doing a photo shoot of new clothes bought at the outlets.  Jim put up the black drape and brought out all the professional looking photo equipment and they posed through many wardrobe changes.
